I have had a few emails off grainfather since i bought mine. They are now selling the new pump filter if you have the old style like me and a jacket for the main unit but i find rad foil works great for when brewing outside

I used a foil backed sleeping mat, got it for £1.50 in the sales a few months ago. Only issue is it is a putrid YELLOW. :oops:

But it works and stops any accidental burns from touching the outside of the GF while boiling.

There was a guide pic on what to cut on the GF users facebook page.

Thats the same idea as i used but dint use this template but its along the same lines. Works a treat

i do think the grainfather jacket looks smart but this insulation is alot cheaper if you have some kicking about
