Mine's taken many a knock and been going 3/4 years. It's a solid and reliable bit of kit and, despite a few small gripes, I'd still recommend getting one.

Thanks for the advice. It's reassuring that you are happy with the kit. I did look into buying from the grainfather site but it worked out the same price, also my supplier in Athens delivers for free.
