Hi guys
Sorry, bit of a lame/simple question for a first post. I've just bought a Young's wine kit (as well as a beer kit) and it says I need 900g of sugar - are we talking commonallgarden granulated or brewer's sugar etc - it doesn't stipulate!
Looking forward to getting going; particularly the beer to move on to ME brewing...
