Cherry Wine

Post by tony4938 » Sat Oct 18, 2014 6:33 pm

OK so after watching me brew some ale the wife wants some Cherry wine making, but there are loads of different recipies online that i dont know which to use. She is a big fan of the 'Cherry B' and i like to try and re-create that as much as i can for her. Any ideas?

I'm new wine making from fruit, (Done a couple of kits) so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just made up one of the Prohibition Cherry brandy sets.

Very simple, easy to follow instructions. just takes about 4-5 weeks or so. get about 4 litres finished drink at around 20 %:)
