My Parsnip wine has slowed to nothing.

I had everything in a barrel for a week then strained it into a demijohn with a heater belt.
It bubbled frantically for 24 hours, now it has receded to virtually nothing. It is very milky looking. Do I need to mess with it?

Give it a good swirl and see what happens.
