I have a Shiraz kit which has been lying around for a while. I want to get it made but don't hold out much hope for the included yeast. What would be a good yeast for a Shiraz? preferably a liquid yeast, but dried will do.
Thanks for any advice.

Lalvin RC 212 is a good readily available yeast for reds, I also like Enoferm BDX for reds.
