If you want to carbonate (make it fizzy), you need to put the bottles somewhere warmish for about a week. Then into the fridge (or somewhere cool) for another week-ish.
Fermenting: lambic, American Blond
Conditioning: English IPA/Bretted English IPA
Drinking: Helles Bock, Orval clone, Impy stout, Conestoga, Old Hooky clone , Jester single hop pale ale, Simmonds Bitter, cascade wet hop pale
Planning: Kozel dark (ish),and more!

Just take them out for a week or so, they'll carb up

well, you weren't wrong.... BLOODY dry!!

but a shot of apple juice in the glass with the pour balances it out quite nicely.

Does need to be sweater though certainly, I like dry but it just needs the edges taking off a notch.

Also needs more fizz, the carb drops I used were ok but not really up to much, I only used 1 per 500ml though which is below the required (that being said it suggested 2 for 750ml which is a pain as my bottles are all 500s)

I think next time I'll make a larger batch and prime with sugar in the 2nd bin then bottle from that. Much easier than faffing with spoonful's in the bottle.

I'll let my cider kit finish then probably do a large batch of a fruity turbo of some kind.
