What beer should be brewed for the a holiday?

Well I have been given the task of thinking up a beer to take on holiday with us this year, and to be honest I'm finding it really difficult so I was hoping you could all suggest a few recipes... bearing in mind my tastes.

I like bitter light to red coloured hoppy beer.. Beers (I know the name of) that I like are Goose Island IPA, Duchy's Organic (good Old Prince C he may not be a looker, but by doesn't make a fine beer), Brewdog Punk IPA, Summer lightening, Circlemaster, Yorkshire Terrier

So any ideas, recipes would be welcomed
:D

I'm breaking out the 2l PET bottles for this trip so there should be no worries about excessive sediment or breakages 8)

I made this a few months ago, it's a good basic recipe with citrusy Amarillo hops. Sounds roughly like the kind of beers you describe. You can move some of the hops back if you like it more bitter, but it uses a full 100g pack of hops. It's for 6 US gallons, so you should be able to fill a cornie keg with it.

sounds good, although we may need to substitue the amarilo for cascade.

Replace it with whatever you want, but Amarillo is still available and tastes nicer than Cascades.
