Youve got no bittering hops. They are all in the last 20 mins, how does that work?

That is the way crouch vale hop their brewers gold "a single late addition of hops" is what i was told.

I love it, planning on doing some more of these late hop brews for the summer!

I can recommend that Evil Twin recipe in the mrmalty link above as well!
Drinking: Double IPA (Mr President Clone)
Drinking: London Porter (5%)
Drinking: Belgian Dubbel (8%)
Conditioning: West Coast Red (5.6%)
Conditioning: Nelson & Friends Series No.1 (Mosaic)
FV: A few spiders
Planning: Everything else!

I hope you're all rich! think I'll have to choose between heating, eating or late hopping after the price increases :=P

I did a lot of late hopping experimentation last year, Infact most of my brews I shovelled in between 100 & 200g (10 gallons) of Styrians at flame-out. Delicious :D

I don't mind Cascade but they do get a bit tiring after a while. I got a bit sick of the intense citrus/grapefruit about midway through my second cornie of SNPA.

Just what I was thinking.

I feel the same way, to an extent. The pale ale I just made with Amarillo for flavor and Glacier for aroma is NICE.

That's how many brewers on the west coast infuse hop flavor and aroma. Shit load in the last 30 minutes of the boil. That recipe will be killer. You may want to begin adding at 30, then keep adding in small increments. Either way, that's going to be good to drink.

Yep-I live in NZ so i'm rich in fresh air, open spaces, good fishing-free food, good hunting-free food, free water-it falls from the sky, crap beer-why i brew my own.

Can't get pom hops for love, money or drugs though
