I thought that at first but noted that Delboy recommended 60 mins on Mysterio's thread:
One thing i would do is to push the perle back from 30 mins to 60 mins, i and others got an unpleasant harshness from perle when used at 30 mins.
My latest attempt had the perle at 60 and its lost the harshness but kept the flavour.

About the IBUs, I ramped mine up to get the bitterness I expect from SNPA on my system. Even upping the expected IBUs to 47 I found the bitterness lacking so use your own judgement.

Incidently I've just pulled of a sampler of this from a keg i've let sit for around 6 weeks. It tastes much closer to the real thing now that it's had a chance to mature, much more balanced. It seems a little dryer than when I last tried it a few weeks ago. Inexplicably it has plenty of Cascade aroma after I was complaining about the first keg losing it so fast. I can't imagine why this could be other than I got so accustomed to it drinking it every day.

I should also point out (incase you're using the colour from the photo on my thread as a reference point) that I used lower-colour maris otter.

I might have another sampler actually
