Hi Guys
Well I am considering a certain amount of obscenity in brewing a beer to clear up some inventory (and of course to make a beer I want to drink).
The below is hopefully an ABA ish type beer, my main worry/doubt is the amount of speciality malts - but I am hoping with the highish OG, and the amount of hops I will get a balance that is tasty, rounded, slightly sweet, with a counteracting bitterness/aroma and citrus twang. Wot does ya think:

As far as I am aware special b is a dark crystal so sweetness/toffee/body. The wheat malt is there for head (its just wheat malt, the only entry I could find in beersmith was white wheat malt) , and I have quite a lot more than most recipes I can think of will use before it goes out of date.
p.s. I drank some innes & gunne last night - I must have been sobre- christ it was like drinking golden syrup - far too sweet..
