This one's called Highside APA, in keeping with all things bike related

I just love those hop flavours i've been getting but have decided to narrow the flavours down to just one veriety, namely, Amarillo.
These are the 2007 crop with an AA of 8% so quite high and should be excellent in my ipa/apa.
I didn't get any American grain (should have) so have gone for the usual MO.
Anyway, here it is, nice and simple.
5000.00 gm Pale Malt (2 Row) UK (5.9 EBC) Grain 97.09 %
150.00 gm Barley, Torrefied (3.3 EBC) Grain 2.91 %
55.00 gm Amarillo Gold [8.00 %] (90 min) Hops 46.1 IBU
25.00 gm Amarillo Gold [8.00 %] (30 min) (Aroma Hop-Steep) Hops -
1 Pkgs SafAle English Ale (DCL Yeast #S-04) Yeast-Ale
Beersmith doesn't have us05 listed (which is what i'm going to use) so i've used the closest, s04.
As with most of my brews it isn't going to get the full maturation time it deserves as it needs to be ready to drink for my b-day which is the 25th June (pop it in your diary so you don't forget me pressie

Anyway, I likes em hoppy so an early sesh should have ott hop flavours, which is nice.
