UBU

I had a pint of the Purity UBU last night. Been a while since I last had one and what a fantastic pint it is. I had a tour around their facility with some Round Table mates a year or so ago and it was very impressive - worth a visit if you are in the area - I remember it was a boozy night !!!

I would love a recipe for this pint - the website says it is MO with Challenger and Cascade hops. Anyone fancy having a go at a recipe?

With that colour it must have some caramel added, Pic http://www.puritybrewing.com/pure-ubu.cfm
100% MO doesn't look that dark unless it's malted to their own spec or has a long(caramelising) boil[/url]
