Torrified Wheat or Wheat Malt

Hi, Just a quick question. Making up an order, can Wheat Malt be used in place of Torrified Wheat or vice versa without penalty? are they similar?

Interesting question, I'd like to know this one myself :?:
As I understand it, Torrified Wheat is unmalted so I don't think you would get as many fermentable sugars as Wheat Malt :?

After trying a recipe with wheat malt I now add it to most brews as it adds a fantastic flavour that is hard to describe but is definitely a good thing. It seems to accentuate the beer taste if anything. About 5-10% per recipe. :D
