When I was a child, my mother made dumplings for chicken soup, stuffed with spiced ground beef lung and liver. There is no food as good as that which comes from cultures arising out of poverty. And such food goes so well with beer. I think I'll go have a cilantro and lemon rind honey wheat ale right now.
