Ummm... sheep's stomach stuffed with offal sounds like my kind of food. I assume you mean haggis. When I was a child, my mother made dumplings for chicken soup, stuffed with spiced ground beef lung and liver. These were called kreplach (that's a plural, and the "ch" is pronounced gutturally).

There is no food as good as that which comes from cultures arising out of poverty. And such food goes so well with beer. I think I'll go have a cilantro and lemon rind honey wheat ale right now.
