Turbo Cider is, well, cider :lol:

Take X litres of pure apple juice, add to container, add yeast, wait for a few days, transfer to secondary (the only time I would do this) to clear for another couple of weeks min. Then drink.

You can use any 100% fruit juice that your local asda/morrisons stock. I've made a few of these (as have many others) and they're not bad if given time to mature. I've made a couple of wines recently from 100% grape juice and that tastes really good :wink:
