Planning a new brew again. Pretty happy with the grain bill and adjuncts, but wondering about the yeast selection. I want it to wind up quite malty, to remind me of general dwarven beer induced merriment. Inspired by the dwarves of World of Warcraft, and of course Tolkien. Don't kill me for putting the two in the same sentence.
I was thinking wyeast 1335.
