Our garden is a mass of raspberries and the local fields groan with blackberries. SWMBO wants a raspberry lager (very good dear, I'll need some of these stainless steel things to brew them in you know
) and I fancy a blackberry stout (struggling to remember the name of a very nice one I tried a few years ago - very subtle and tasty). Can anybody assist with a recipe idea or three?
