I know I know
This should of been in Brewday
sorry bout that
so story is
during fermentation there was a lovely fruity smell (Im guessing the yeast)
after 4 days down from 1.054 to 1.014
next day still at 1.014 so transfered to secondary, took taste sample great bitterness but the smell and taste is like mushy peas, still taste great but does this mean anything
Cheers
