Deuchars IPA Clone
guys,
thanks for the input thus far. I understand the comment made about it not being very educational to make a first brew with such a variety of hops. Considering this, are there any brews (all grain) that you would reccomend for a first batch.
PS - My 8.8Kw gas burner arrived yesterday - its a beast......
still waiting on more kit before i can commence, so i have plenty of time to think recipe ideas over

about 8.30am. thats about the time i give up trying to lie in as my wife has stomped about about, had a shower, done her make up with the all the lights on in the bed room and the radio booming just for good measure before going to work.BitterTed wrote:So what itme should we join you for "breakfast" next weekend?bod wrote:beer for breakfast at the weekends is a given in my house.![]()

its round about then that all my good intentions of doing house work/gardening go out the window as well.

Free accomadation, beer and food but wages were neglegible. As far as I can remember, we had Directors, Hook Norton, Holdens Bitter, Simpkiss Bitter, Old Peuliar, 6x, Wadworths Old Timer, Pedigree and Highgate Mild. It's amazing that I can still remember that. I can't remember all the barmaids names though - I don't know what that says about me!Did you get wages as well?????????????
