Does anyone have an extract recipe for this as its one of my favours? Either that or something like it, spring fresh zingy and refreshing.

This brew, Stiff Squirrel, has just come good for me. The elderflower addition smacks brilliantly of Golden Glory. If I was to brew again maybe use a darker Crystal and maybe up the Elderflower to 20gms, to create a sweeter more full bodied brew, though as it is I'm v pleased. :D

FWIW, re. Golden Glory (Badger)
on their web site, it says they use extract of peach (not elderflower), whereas they use elderflower in Golden Champion.

Thanks for the recipe, BTW. I'm also only using extracts, hops and steeping of crystal malts at the moment, so this is very useful. I'm trying to keep my attempt at a GChampion as pale as possible, so I'm using some caramalt and carapils, instead of the crystal you mentioned.

Incidentally, I couldn't find caramalt in the list of grains in Beersmith. I'm not at my home computer at the mo, so I can't remember what values I put in exactly, but I think it was something similar to carapils, e.g. OG 1035, SRM c.15, max total in boil 20% . Does that sound about right? There were other values/boxes to fill in, but I hadn't got a clue about those!

Any thoughts, anyone?
