Samuel Smith nut brown ale

morning gentlemen,
ive got a mate coming round for a brew day and hes suggested we brew samuel smith nut brown ale,thing is i cant fine a recipe, has anyone got a recipe for this?

23 litres
OG 1048 FG 1011
34 EBU
65 EBC
4.9% ABV

Pale 3.9kg
Amber 500g
Crystal 520g
Chocolate 70g

Mash temp 68C
Mash time 90 mins

Fuggles 90g 90 mins
Goldings 20g 15 mins
Irish Moss/Whirlfloc 15 mins

Top fermenting Ale Yeast

sounds good that does, I like a bottle of this when we go to either The Swan or The Colpitts in Durham, both Sam's Houses,
unfortunately the handpull Old Brewery Bitter is only £1.39 pint and the bottled stuff is over three quid!

spot on that, ive got all those thing in stock, thats it then, sorted, if all gos well ill document it for the brewday section,

ive never drank it befor so ill have to get hold of a couple of bottles for comparison ...of corse :wink:
