Righty ive been given my appointment for my op today, so i have 3 weeks in which to make more lovely beer. Then ill be screwed for about at least a month....

Anyone good suggestion for a nice golden pale ale that i can make now that will taste a dream in about 2 months time.

Wont be able to eat solid foods for 4 weeks but beers is ok apparantly. go figure :mrgreen: =D>

Cant beat TTL, there are a few recipes around this site. Good luck with your op. I had one a few years back where I could not eat for a few weeks. You end up dreaming of steaks.

lol apparantly a guy that had the same op as im having, and should have been on liquid food only for 2 weeks on the 3rd night was so hungry cooked and eat steak and chips lol..

the dr doesnt recommend trying it...

what the hell are they doing to you that you can't eat food for weeks?

I'd take the government to court for inflicting torture or something...... I bet you end up getting blindfolded and "rendered" to some unknown backwater by air to be asked lots of questions again and again by "good cop/bad cop"

My op. was to shorten my uvala because I had sleep apnia. All better now and the op. did its job. sleep a lot better now.

wonder if I can get an operation for my sleep apnea?

It's caused by 4 children aged five or under.......

Im having a Fundoplication...

Get bad acid all the time coming back up my neck.. makes drinking and eating a sorry affair, been on pills to sort it for over a year and on them get no issue. stop for 2 days, acid again.. :(

So fook it, wanted the op to cure the prob not mask it with pills...
