The tasting notes say 4.7%, Low colour Maris Otter, Chinook, Centennial, and American yeast (US05?)

Got Amarillo, cascades, challenger, fuggles and goldings in stock.

Looks like I may be brewing a variant on your hophead clone Si.

Will have a think and put a recipe up later for perusal

This is my Hophead III attempt I'll do in a bit.

Think I'll push the boat out and use a third of a pack each of US05, Notts and S04, as the brewery use this blend.

Wish I had some Amarillo, and some cascades, and loads of other stuff...so much to brew, so little time
