A couple of recent AG recipes ive done.

Thought i would share these 2 recipes with you lot as there bloody nice.
Ag#22 is really pleasant but as i have a *beer engine set up, i dont think its hoppy enough as the sparkler lessens the hop flavour. Or is that just me??? So next time i'll up the late additions.
So AG#23 i upped the hops to compensate for the beer engine. The flavour is.... hard to describe. Maybe you should brew it & see for yourself. You can taste the Fuggles & the goldings, definitely has the goldings zing that you get on your tongue, plus the pleasant flavours of Aurora & First Gold. If i had more Aurora & First Gold i would have added more at the end. I used 750g of glucose as i had hardly any Marris Otter left when i came to brewing.

So next time your struggling for ideas of a brew to make, why not give 1 of these 2 brews a go.

Please dont laugh at my efficiencies.

Beer engines are great, you can serve flat beer & no one complains.

Might be but I love northen beers, and like a decent head on my pint. Don`t have a problem with sparklers myself but think you can still get a good head with a good beer pulled from a hand pump.
