I was looking to brew a Styrian Stunner tonight. I am doing a 38lt batch but I only have about 70g of Styrian Goldings, so I am looking at using another hops for bittering. I have a choice of First Gold, Willamette, Fuggles or Goldings. Any ideas which would work best?
cheers

Re: Styrian Stunner -ish
Thanks for that Vacant - looks very useful
Might try the Willamette as Ive got a big bag of it from the local micro which Ive not used yet. If all goes well I'll even try to take a few pics and post my first Brewday

Re: Styrian Stunner -ish
Does this look about right? (I just need to double check the AA of the hops I have - I have just used the figures in Grahams Beer Engine for now). Is it worth adding some Torrified wheat for head retention?
