New brewery needs recipe for christening

Hi folks, in my stock cupboard i have

Fuggles
Challenger
Northern Brewer
Maris Otter
Crystal Malt
Chocolate Malt
Torrified Wheat
S04

And i have managed to get a free day this sunday and have recently taken delivery of my new 10gallon brewery from H&G im itching to get a brew on
Any suggestions?

OSH 23l
4350g Pale Malt
540g Crystal Malt

Boiler
540g Invert Sugar (Golden Syrup)
65g Challenger
15g Goldings (last 15 min)
1tsp Irish Moss or 1 Protafloc Tablet
Dry Hop with 5g Goldings

Mash @ 66c for 2 hrs
Boil for 2hrs
