15.00 gm Saaz [3.20%] (20 min) Hops 2.1 IBU

Method:
This recipe uses the extract-late method to increase hop utilization.

Steeped grains while bringing to boil. At boil, removed grains.
Began 60 minute countdown:
At 60 min added 1 can LME and Goldings
At 20 min added Saaz
At 15 min added 1 can LME
At 10 min added immersion chiller
At 5 min added aroma Hallertauer

Boiled water and dissolved DME separately as pot was too full.

Chilled and pitched rehydrated yeast

Primed with candi sugar
