so far i have

4kg Pale malt
150 grm wheat malt
450 grm flaked maize

i want a hoppy summer ale, these are the hops i have for using up
what schedule should i go for?
40grm challenger 5.1%AA
55grm cascade 7.6%AA
75grm styrians 3.3%AA

ideas please

I'd use some of each. Bitter with Challenger/Cascade. Finish with Styrians. Use your pale and wheat malts.

i had finished by the time you posted, but that is what i done

challenger and cascade 90min
styrians 30 min
styrians 10 min
styrian and the last handfull of cascade 20min steep
