brewed the XXXX today:

grains as per GW. Hops altered slightly for AA and type available. hopefully still close to the intended style. I shall let you know how it tastes in....ooh....about then. :wink:

ok, been in FV for 2 weeks, so still got some maturing to go, but seems very prmising. Been ages since i had the real thing, so no idea how it compares, but if this mellows out and combines like i think it should, it'll be gone in a week when i really hit it lol.

Currently pretty smooth, with the chocolate malt really buttering it up, no major bitterness. num num. might have another now.
