Last minute brew recipe!

Hello all!

I have an unexpected day off work tomorrow so was going to take the opportunity to get a brew on. Only problem is I have limited ingredients available and I won't be able to get any more tomorrow. I have the following:

Pale malt (lots of)
Fuggles, challenger and goldings hops (enough off)
Gervin ale yeast

Can anyone help me out with a tried and trusted recipe? The only other ingredient I could get hold of would be sugar.

I'm pretty new to all grain brewing and have found this site a great source of help and useful knowledge!

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

How about Summer Lightning, this is for 23 litres @ 70% efficiency

Mash @ 66C for 90, Boil for 60
