Top Dog Stout - Missing Hops?

Has anyone tried the Top Dog Stout recipe from the latest edition of Graham Wheeler's book? I fancied having a go for my second AG brew but there doesn't seem to be enough hops in the recipe. Any suggestions?

I just put the recipe into Beer Engine and found that I needed 37g Challenger to get the stated 30 EBU at 23 litres. The Burton Bridge web site lists Challenger as the only hop so maybe there's a misprint of the quantities in the book?

I checked the ingredients from the Real Ale Almanac, sorry no actual figures, just percentages:
72% Pipkin pale malt
7% Chocolate malt
21% micronised wheat
100% whole challenger hops

Hope this is of use
