Currently brewing my first dark beer of the year so far!!

Any thoughts?? or suggestions???

"Autumn Leaves"
..... leaves you wanting more!!
Nut brown & well hopped :D

4.5Kg of Pale Malt
250grm of Crystal malt
200grm of Amber malt
120grm of Chocolate malt

Mash at 66c for 60 mins in 13.23ltr (75c strike temp)
Then batch sparge with 6.10ltrs followed by 14.26ltrs at 75.6c

50grm Northdown 90mins
65grm Williamette 15mins
30grm Cascade 15mins
30grm Styrian Goldiangs 5mins
Irish moss 2 tsps 15mins

Yeah, looks nice. Like the hops. I've just used Choc, Crystal and MO to make my Amber Ale - the colour is lovely and i bet this won't be far off!!
