I enjoyed doing my inaugural brew last night but there was something missing and that was the deep darkness of a good IRS. Until i find one i'll make do with this concoction! Hope to get it going over the next few days.

2.00 oz Northdown [8.50 %] (60 min) Hops 45.6 IBU
2.00 oz Saaz [4.00 %] (10 min) Hops 7.8 IBU
8.00 gm Gypsum (Calcium Sulfate) (Mash 60.0 min) Misc
2 Pkgs Windsor Yeast
Being realistic i don't expect to exceed a Brewhouse efficency of 60% so expect to see around 1.080 SG. Looking forward to this one. Its about 10 months since i did my last IRS! Apologies about the extract but the can has been looking at me for a year so there's only 1 logical place for it....
