Brewing this today, maybe a bit more malt than an IPA, but wanted the biscuit taste
Got a few hours before go time if you see anything I should change
6350.00 gm Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 82.36 %
545.00 gm UK Crystal-80(std) (80.0 SRM) Grain 7.07 %
455.00 gm Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 5.90 %
360.00 gm White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) Grain 4.67 %
1.59 oz Fuggles [4.30 %] (Dry Hop 7 days) Hops -
1.50 oz First Gold [7.50 %] (60 min) Hops 25.2 IBU
1.50 oz EKG [5.00 %] (20 min) Hops 10.2 IBU
1.50 oz Fuggles [4.30 %] (20 min) Hops 8.8 IBU
1.00 oz Fuggles [4.30 %] (5 min) Hops 1.9 IBU
1.00 oz EKG [5.00 %] (5 min) Hops 2.2 IBU
1.00 items Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15.0 min) Misc
1 Pkgs London Ale III (Wyeast Labs #1318) Yeast-Ale

That looks like a good combination although I personally prefer the taste of Biscuit malt to Victory (splitting hairs I know) :roll:

Did you make a starter for this? It might be worth your while :-k

The yeast is a cultured yeast, started off as a #1318, 1 liter starter
Victory was pre-grained and didnt have time to mill the biscuit at the HBS
