So, I might have a free day this week and I was thinking of knocking out a brown ale for my dad, he's a big fan of newcastle brown ale so want to do something around that style, this is what I've come up with, would love to hear some feedback on the grain bill, I also have caramal, light cryastal, extra light crystal and chocolate in stock at the minute,
