A couple I would recommend.
First, I really like the London Pride clone in the older GW book, in fact, I am making it again this weekend (the one with the flaked corn in the fomulation).
Recently I also made the Four Shades of Stout that I got from this forum. I messed with it slightly and doubled up on the flaked barley just to make it a little creamier and I think it came out really well.
I really need to get around to doing the Styrian Stunner that is all the rage here, maybe this spring.
Drinking:Saison (in bottles), Belgian Dubbel (in bottles), Oud Bruin (in bottles), Olde Ale (in bottles),
Abbey Triple (in bottles), Munich Helles, Best Bitter (TT Landlord clone), English IPA
Conditioning: Traditional bock bier, CAP
Fermenting: Munich Dunkel
Next up: Bitter (London Pride like), ESB
So many beers to make, so little time (and cold storage space)
