Next brew ... Opinions pls ?

I'm thinking of brewing this next, i found it on the net but substituted the yeast, any views pls ?

OR, maybe, you'd scrap the maize and title ? choices choices ....


Cream Corn Ale

Batch Size: 19 ltr

Ingredients

3 kg Pale Malt (maris otter)
450g Flaked Maize
225g Brupaks Belgium Biscuit Malt
225g Brupaks Carapils Malt

28g Hallertauer Hersbrucker (60 min-start of boil)
14g Saaz (30 min-mid boil)
14g Saaz (45 min-add with whirlfloc etc)

1 Whirlfloc Tablet

YEAST

Sounds like a light, sweet tasting summer brew. I really must get on with a similar brew. I reckon it will be a winner.
