Belgian Honey Beer Recipe

I've just bottled my Chimay Red and now want to brew another Belgian. :D

Here's what I'm thinking:

Belgian Honey Beer
16-E Belgian Specialty Ale

Size: 25.0 L
Efficiency: 80.0%
Attenuation: 82.0%

Original Gravity: 1.068 (1.026 - 1.120)
Terminal Gravity: 1.012 (0.995 - 1.035)
Color: 7.0 (1.0 - 50.0)
Alcohol: 7.31% (2.5% - 14.5%)
Bitterness: 31.1 (0.0 - 100.0)

Ingredients:
6500.0 g Belgian Pale
100.0 g Torrified Wheat
30.0 g Saaz (3.5%) - added during boil, boiled 90 min
25.0 g Bobek (4.5%) - added during boil, boiled 90 min
30.0 g Saaz (3.5%) - added during boil, boiled 30 min
10.0 g Bobek (4.5%) - added during boil, boiled 10 min
50 g Crushed Coriander - added during boil, boiled 5 min
600.0 g Honey - added to secondary fermenter
Duvel Yeast - Cultured
