Hi Planning on doing this on sunday any comments or recomendations greatly appreciated, i would normally use Black Malt but I have't got any so I'm going to try the carafa instead.

Pale Malt 4320 grams 80.7%
Crystal Malt 465 grams 8.7%
Chocolate Malt 310 grams 5.8%
Carafa Special III 100 grams 1.9%
Brown Sugar 150 grams 2.8%

Final Volume: 23 Litres

Final Gravity: 1.014
Alcohol Content: 5% ABV
Total Liquor: 33.5 Litres
Mash Liquor: 13 Litres
Mash Efficiency: 75 %

Colour: 182 EBC
