I've never tried a commercial one before (or any, for that matter), but from the style guidelines it looks to be something that I would definitely enjoy.
This is the recipe I've come up with so far, please feel free to comment. I'll probably only brew this in a month or so as I have a Bo Pils to get on the go first.

Repitch of WLP838 Southern German Lager.
Protofloc & Servomyces added in boil.
