Dortmunder Export Recipe

I've never tried a commercial one before (or any, for that matter), but from the style guidelines it looks to be something that I would definitely enjoy.

This is the recipe I've come up with so far, please feel free to comment. I'll probably only brew this in a month or so as I have a Bo Pils to get on the go first.

OG 1.053
FG 1.013
ABV 5.3%
IBU 28
SRM 5

Recipe
82% Weyermann Premium Pilsner Malt
13% Munich Malt
3% Flaked Barley
2% Melanoiden Malt

27 IBU - Tettnanger 60min
1 IBU - Tettnanger 5min (20g)
0 IBU - Tettnanger Flameout (20g)

Repitch of WLP838 Southern German Lager.
Protofloc & Servomyces added in boil.
