Found this old recipe it is from an American
book so conversion would be necessary.
Bock
Brew Length 5 gal
10 Pounds Belgian Pilsner Malt
3 Pounds Belgian Munich malt
1/2 Pound Crystal Malt
2 Ounces Chocolate Malt
2 Ounces German Hallertauer Hops, 2.9% Alpha, in boil 60 minutes
1 Ounce Hallertauer Hops, 2.9% Alpha, in boil 30 Minutes
1 Ounce Czech Saaz Hops, 3.1% Alpha, in boil 30 Minutes
1 Ounce Hallertauer Hops, 2.9% Alpha, in boil 15 Minutes
1 Ounce Saaz Hops, 3.1% Alpha, in boil 15 Minutes
Wyeast #2308 Munich Lager yeast
3/4 Cup Corn Sugar for Priming.
