Super Styrian IPA

After two weeks in the bottles, this seems to have turned out OK. Refreshing when served cool on a summer evening:

12/6/10
Brew length: approx 45L

Water treatment:
55L
54 ml CRS (Brupaks)
1 Camden tab

7850kg Pale Malt, Marris Otter (from Warminster)
150g Torrified wheat
750g white sugar

Hot Liquor temp: 73ºC
Mash temp: 66ºC
Mash time: 90 mins

Boil time: 90 mins

Hops :
50g Green Bullet, 13.7% AA (Brupaks 2009) at 90 mins
100g Aurora 8.1% AA (Brupaks 2008) at 15 mins
50g Styrian Goldings 4.5% AA (Youngs 2008) at cooldown (80ºC for 10 mins)

Protafloc last 15 mins
Yeast: Danstar Nottingham x2 (hydrated)

Notes: Mash pH 5.8
OG 1057
Bottled 29/6/10. FG 1008
