help to make champagne

ive been making wine from kits for a while now. Im interested in having a go at making champange but dont no where to start and what to use any help wud be good thanx

Judging by lack of response I presume noone else knows. Try posting to "other brews" section, or just Google search. You'll have to call it sparkling wine though, unless you brew it in Champagne, France!
