need a best recipe. really like a adnams .trye d the gw one but didnot come out well our fault. only done 12 full mashs. my mate has found his brew its brewers gold. would like to have nice best about 4.5% that i can do .hope you can help . been away having baby.now back brewing. first brew day we done 2 in one day took 12 hours. mate did turn on empty boiler ,whats that smell. horray for srcewfix on a bank holiday.hope you can help thanks

Maybe go for something simple if your last one didn't work out. Something like:

Pale Malt - 4000g
Crystal Malt - 250g
Torrified wheat - 250g

Goldings and/or fuggles to 30IBU

And take it from there.

I am about halfway down a keg of Archers Best. It is a nice, easy drinking pint.

will be brewing a best on 2nd week aug. got 1 st week aug in southwold . will be hitting best n broadside for research only
