HOP DEMON

Whilst i was in the Uk on holiday the local Asda had a beer from hop demon 8 hopdaemon.com) this is a kent based brewery and i would love to have a couple of the recipies. Anyone heard of these or tried cloning?

Can't help with the recipes but two brews from Hop Daemon often found in the shops are Scrimshander and Green daemon. I've tried both, I like the Geen Daemon out of the two.
Also tried Incubus at a Kent beer fest where it won 1st.

I visited the Hopdaemon brewery a little while ago and most interesting it was too. All I got out them regarding Green Daemon is that it's made with Lager Malt and Ale Yeast. I've tried making something similar but the bitterness is a bit low and hasn't been tested on any lager drinkers yet, the Green Daemon I bought was enjoyed by both lager and ale drinkers and that is what I was after replicating.

HopDaemon are a wonderful brewery - im sure if you contacted them via thier site they'll give a little advice.

I have mailed them twice since i came back and they have not even bothered getting back to me unfortunately.

A month on and still not even a reply. in fact the mail receipt sad " deleted without being read" so. thats their lot. i'm boicotting them:)

Its not much to ask they just answer a mail even if it is in a typical dear john type of way.
