UBU (oo-boo) pale ale

Anyone tried UBU Pale Ale. I think it is by the the Purity brewery. Stunning pint.
Trying to come up with a recipe on beersmith but i have no idea of the malts to use (i'm a partial masher). Thinking UK maris otter pale malt and some crystal, maybe a bit of biscuit. From the Purity web site i can see the hops used is Challenger and Cascade. I have both but not sure about quantities or additions.
Challenger would obviously be for bittering but would the Cascade be added as a flavour hop as well as aroma. I'm thinking yes. As for yeast i'm thinking wyeast British Ale.

Anyone have any ideas?

yes a nice beer when on song, bitterness seems to vary. Gold is nice too, but my 1st bottle was off-tasted like beetroot...i let Purity know and they sent me a free crate of the stuff which was fab!

Nice chaps there!
