hello i have got these alts in to make a brew want it more maltier than hoppy but still a slight hop kick and i want something light and i do want to use up all the pale and all the munich as they been sitting around for a while !
got these malts in
3000grams pale malt (marris otter)
1kg munich
500grams amber
500grams black
500grams chocolate
1kg torriefied wheat
fuggles 84 grams
bobek 41grams
aurora 33 grams
green bullet 100 grams
simcoe 100grams
EKG 100 grams
cascade 90 grams
northdown 42 grams
challenger 48 grams
target 75 grams
saaz 96 grams
dont want to use the 100 grams as there fresh unopened bags wanted to use some fuggles, bobek, aurora , cascade, northdown, challenger there my hops i first bought 6 months ago want to start using them up a bit maybe a lot of cascade
woudnt mine using up the small amounts in one brew if i could
can some one make me up a recipe wont be buying anymore pale or any other malts just want to make it up with what i got thanks

I'd probably go

Choc 250g
Torri 250g
Challenger - 30g full boil
Fuggles - 20g 5 minutes
Pale 3000g

daveo has it spot on, you could cut the challenger with the cascade 50/50 in the first boil, they work well together. If you want a little more strentgh you could add 3-500g of amber That will add a bit of colour, maltiness and give a slightly drier taste. I've brewd light milds with similar ingredients, but mild malt instead of pale.
