Pale Imitation.

Hopefully in the style of Sussex Best.

Been meaning to do this for a while now and this will be next up after an Oat Stout.

Any suggestions for improvement? Anything obviously wrong? Opinions welcome.

85% Pale Malt
7% Crystal Malt
4% Wheat Malt
4% Flaked Maize

20 EBU - 90 mins - Progress
5 EBU - 20 mins - Golding
8 EBU - 20 mins - Bramling Cross
2 EBU - 5 mins - Progress
2 EBU - 5 mins - Golding

25 Litres
OG 1.044
FG 1.011
ABV 4.2%
80% Efficiency
90 mins Mash
90 mins Boil
37 EBU
19 EBC

I've never had Sussex best, but your recipe looks like it would turn out pretty good.
