Englander Schweinhund

Post by Whorst » Sat Oct 23, 2010 9:27 pm

For those that thought this was the title of a new track, sorry. I'm be brewing this tomorrow for cask on Thanksgiving.
For those of you not familiar with this septic holiday, it's a special occasion where we celebrate your people coming to
the new world and setting up shop. Ok, now the beer.

Englander Schweinhund-English IPA

12lbs Bairds Pale Ale Malt
1/2lbs 120L Crystal
1/4lbs Honey Malt
1/2 CaraMunich
Hops: EKG, First Gold, Target, Styrians,
Dry hops: First Gold, Styrians EKG
Yeast: The real UK-05, WLP-005
Gravity 1.055 -1.060

This will be naturally conditioned in the corny and served on my rebuilt Angram beer engine.
Full YouTube video coming.

Its quite amusing looking at the title of your beer.
Looking at the recipe page "Englander Schweinhund" is just above "Yankee B4stard IIPA" =D> =D>
